Elevator provides a supportive, interactive environment where women work together with peers – people with experience and ideas worth sharing – to increase insight, confidence and skills through a variety of structured learning methods.

How it Works

Elevator offers a curated programme for those looking to step into a C-suite role in the near future. Specifically targeted at those with management experience and responsibility for business-lines, this programme explores the ‘why’ and the ‘how’ of leadership starting with the most important factor – project you. From understanding your unique leadership capabilities to finding and securing the right role for you, this track is for the next female CEO.

The Elevator approach

Elevator+ is a senior leadership program for women who already occupy a C-level role and are now focusing on a board position. Masterclasses here provide insightful approaches to challenges such as finding and securing the right board role for you, board responsibilities including refining governance and formulating company-wide strategy as well projecting yourself with impact and presence.

The Elevator + approach
