In this collaborative discussion, we’re taking a deep dive into owning your menopause at work, and understanding others as they navigate their way through their personal journey. With menopausal women being the fastest growing demographic in the workforce, our panel will explore the impact the menopause has on the wider workplace - from the individual to the business, as well as the range of support out there for women, and how we can drive broader change in the world of work.

in the Irish workforce, with one in three of the working population soon to be 50+.
As both employment rates and retirement age continue to rise here in Ireland and around the world, women’s careers are lasting longer than ever before. Despite this, the impact of the menopause on women’s working lives is largely undocumented and painstakingly under-reported. The time for positive change is truly overdue.
